Tentative Booking – Will be held for a period of 14 days only, after which time, if no booking form including deposit is received, the space will be released

Deposit – A deposit of 50% is required at the time of confirming your booking, unless prior discussion and approval with Tonic House management

Cancellation – Cancellations made 21 days prior to the function or event date will be reimbursed the full deposit

Final Details – All food and beverage packages, along with start, finish, and service times are required in writing 10 days prior to your event. All audio visual and room requirements are to also be approved and confirmed in writing between both parties

Commencement and Vacation of Rooms – The organiser must notify and consult with event and venue management scheduled times for your event. Please be aware that we may have other functions on and attention to this area is required

Guaranteed Numbers – Are required 4 working days prior to the function and charges will be based on final numbers given or final head count, whichever is greater.

Payment – All function accounts are to be paid in full prior to the event unless prior arrangements have been made with Tonic House management

Prices – will be confirmed in writing along with final function details. Prices are subject to change at the discretion of management

Security – Tonic House will not accept responsibility for the loss or damage of equipment or merchandise left on the premises prior to, during, or after an event

Outside Contractors – All set up and pack up requirements of contractors must be approved by management and agreed to at a time convenient time between both parties

Compliance – Clients will be responsible to ensure the orderly manner of their guests andmanagement reserves the right to intervene at their own discretion. Tonic House management is

Damages – Clients will assume responsibility for any and all damages caused during the function by any of their guests or any person attending the function
